I am offering options for private lessons or class format.
Yoga was the way that I built a true connection to myself and is an avenue to not only physical strength but mental and emotional fortitude as well. The type of yoga I offer is from my education in physical anatomy, proper alignment, and designed for supporting the mind-body connection in order to deepen your practice not only on the mat, but off of it. -
Nervous System
In order to create lasting and sustainable change in the way we move about our lives, it is imperative to understand our nervous systems. The way that I work with the nervous system is by gentle uncovering of the imprints that each individual has from childhood and/or important events that took place in their life. The body remembers and one of the nervous system’s main jobs is to keep us safe. Therefore, we do the intentional work together to create a stronger sense of safety in your system so you can go past your plateau or the areas in which you feel stuck.

Breath
Guided breath work. I have come to know very deeply that our breath is an incredible tool for activating our energy and moving stagnancy out of our bodies. There are many ways to breathe, and all serve a different purpose. When we engage in consistent and intentional breath work, we are able to find states of euphoria, clarity in our minds, presence in our bodies, and so much more.
