Alchemize is a 6 month container designed to bring you into a deeper connection with your body, your intuition, and the subtle cues they are always offering you. Together, we will gently uncover blindspots holding you back from your true essence so you can cultivate confidence in your expression, reclaim your voice, and build healthy relationships from a place of clarity, compassion, and self-worth.
Somatic Experiencing
Work consciously with your body’s sensations in order to create new areas of safety, regulate your nervous system, and increase your capacity to receive. Through this process, your body releases old patterns and learns new, expansive ways of moving through life, relationship, and expression.
Energy Healing
Gentle, intuitively led sessions to support the integration of emotional, physical, and creative energy. No effort involved, simply open to the recalibration of your energetic system to restore balance, clarity, and vitality.
Integrative Coaching
Explore patterns or habits in thought, belief, and behavior with personalized guidance that will bridge the gap between mind and body. Integrative coaching will combine multiple holistic modalities to help empower you to make aligned choices, trust your inner knowing, and bring your desires into form.

A 6 month intimate experience to deepen embodiment, unlock expression, and cultivate alignment in your body, relationships, and creative projects.
This is for you if you have been looping in the same cycles for longer than you thought you would or that you want to admit.
This is the deep work that helps to illuminate blindspots with a loving and gentle approach so you can begin to transform the behaviors or habits that are hindering your growth.
This is the type of supportive environment where you have an unbiased and non judgmental person to not only give you the space to explore this stuff, but to also be one to help you alchemize the old energy and make room for the new, the joyful, the abundant new beginnings.
This Journey Includes
Weekly 60-minute 1:1 somatic sessions with Samantha
Monthly advanced energy readings, using astrology and intuitive guidance
Personalized guidance and practices when applicable
On going text support for integration in between sessions

This option is perfect for you if you are desiring a bit more intensity within nervous system regulation and feel ready to accelerate your transformation by working with multiple layers of healing.
This is for the person who has been doing inner work, but is feeling a bit of a plateau and knows they need to try something with a bit more of a holistic approach.
This will call you to be more committed to your healing, and push you out of your comfort zone at times, but it will still be curated to your needs, your pace, and a constant tune in to where your body and your system are at any given moment.
We will meet edges, and we will also only go to places that you are ready to go to.
